During our routine checks we cover all of the basics and take care of the extras including checking for break ins, looking for leaks and water damage, ensuring landscaping is completed, changing light bulbs, adjusting clocks, checking wifi, gathering mail, and so much more. We offer in house cleaning and maintenance services as well as a concierge service. We also have a range of quality vendors we work with for every aspect of maintaining your home.
Our home checks include a full written report complete with photos emailed to you and available to view on your online portal through our website. Whether you are one state over or across seas in a different country we make communication simple and direct.

During our routine home check walkthroughs we will inspect and/or perform these basic duties:

- Temperature of the home

- Boiler and hot water heater

- Mail and deliveries
On Call Service
- Responsive to any alarms and systems
- Provide access to the home for authorized personnel
- Arrange for landscaping/plowing services, boiler cleanings, and/or similar services
Storm Checks
We’ll make an additional trip to your property after a storm hits. During a storm check we inspect the outside and inside of the home for damage and water leaks. If damage does occur we work with you, the property owner, and decide what action is needed to keep your home in working order.
